Da Ahi
February 8, 2009 on 1:16 am | In Uncategorized | No CommentsIts been a while since my last post, but the Ahi run came in big this past summer…this one came in estimated at around 170lbs…its no wonder why in Hawaiian, Ahi translates to fire (in reference to what happened to Hawaiian fisherman in old times when fishing from outrigger canoes, the line would go out so fast over the side, it would smoke the side of the canoe)…the reel was screaming!
